A Great Experience
This year The Virtual Makeup Show 2020 made a grand entrance to connect the beauty community. As a result of Covid-19, many trade shows have not been able to take place in person. The Makeup Show team, is dedicated to educating, inspiring and connecting the makeup artist community with people and brands to enrich their careers decided to create a virtual experience.
Before the show opened, I knew that it was going to be an exciting and inspiring event. Shelly Taggar, James Vincent, Danessa Myricks and the team really put together an incredible platform to ignite our creative juices.
Prior to the start of the event, I was able to register to plan my agenda of education and connecting with brands. I created my profile and selected classes and took a peak at the brands to preview the exciting things they have in store.
Today, Saturday, September 12, the show opened at 12 noon. This was so exciting!
I learned from Melanie Mills Hollywood , BeautySoClean, Damone Roberts and Alcone before attending the Town Hall Presentation with James Vincent, Lijha Stewart, Yvonne MacInnis, Bethany Townes, Orlando Santiago, Jon Hennessey and Linh Nguyen to hear them discuss the state of affairs of our industry and offer insight and advice to help us move forward.
The Virtual Makeup Show is a MUST-ATTEND event.
The show runs through Monday, September 14th.
